HigherBound’s Chrome Extension allows you to directly import candidate profiles and update missing details such as contact numbers from external platforms.

Steps

1. Open Candidate Profile
   
   
   

   • Navigate to the candidate profile on the source platform.
     
     
     

   • Click on Reveal Contact Information (this may take up to a minute).
     
     
     

2. Select Position
   
   
   

   • Once the profile is visible, choose the relevant Position in HigherBound.
     
     
     

   • Click on Add Candidate to import the candidate into that position.
     
     
     

3. Update Phone Number via Chrome Extension
   
   
   

   • If a phone number is shared in a message or email, highlight the number.
     
     
     

   • Right-click on the highlighted number.
     
     
     

   • Select HigherBound → Add as Phone Number.
     
     
     

4. Confirm Import
   
   
   

   • The candidate is imported into the selected position.
     
     
     

   • The phone number is updated automatically in the candidate’s profile.
     
     
     

Result

The candidate is added directly from the source platform into the desired position using the Chrome Extension. Missing details, such as phone numbers, can also be updated seamlessly.
