How to connect your Email ID in HireBound
To ensure smooth communication and candidate engagement through HireBound, you first need to connect your email ID to the platform. Follow the steps below based on the type of email account you use.
For Gmail / G-Suite Business Accounts
Step 1: Click on this link → [HireBound]
Step 2: Click on Add new email
Step 3: Select the “I consent”
checkbox in the first option
Step 4: Click on Sign in with Google
Step 5: Select your company account, and grant access to all permissions
For Microsoft 365 Business Accounts
Step 1: Click on this link → [HireBound]
Step 2: Click on Add new email
Step 3: Select the “I consent”
checkbox in the second option
Step 4: Click on the Microsoft 365 icon
Step 5: Select your company account, and grant access to all permissions
For SMTP Email IDs (Rediffmail Pro, Turbify, Others)
Step 1: Click on this link → [HireBound]
Step 2: Click on Add new email
Step 3: Select the “I consent”
checkbox in the third option
Step 4: Click on the Other button
Step 5: In the pop-up window, select your email provider

Step 6: Enter your details → First Name, Last Name, Email ID, Password
⚠️ Important: The password you enter should be your email ID password and not your HireBound password.
